Warranty Policy:

1. The whole LED Display is guaranteed for one year from delivery date.
2. If any quality problems occur within guarantee period, MODULED shall provide free maintenance service. 
3. MODULED shall take the single freight cost within the guarantee period. Once the warranty period expires,
    MODULED shall not take any responsibility for freight cost incurred,
    but provide a favorable price for maintenance service.
4. Under the following circumstances, MODULED shall bear no responsibility for equipment troubles:
         a. Unauthorized disassembling or repairing, improper testing, etc.
         b. Malfunction by misuse.
         c. Warranty period has expired.
         d. Void or broken series number seal tape.
         e. Shell damage or components damage in use.
         f. Damage due to damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters.

Installation Guidance Service is chargeable.

       MODULED can send engineers to help with installation and maintenance guidance on requests,
but the client should pay for USD200/day for each engineer and bear all the expenses incurred for
the after-sales technical service, including visa fee, boarding fee, meal fee, transportation fee,
hotel fee and so forth. The client should also take full charge of the engineers’ visa arrangement.
